Artist Statement – South Ho

About Into Light series

Into Light expresses my view and feelings about a state of my life: I am standing in darkness and about to pass through a tunnel of light. I do not know how long the tunnel is and how long it would take to pass through it, the only thing I am certain is that at the end of it, darkness will re-appear.

Into Light is produced using traditional silver halide process, and each piece of work is hand printed by myself.
